Приложение на дихидрокверцетин за подобряване на продуктивността, физиологичните параметри, качеството на продукцията и преодоляване на стреса при свине и птици. Обзор

Abstract: Този обзор цели да бъдат показани ефектите от приложението на флавоноида дихидрокверцетина (ДХК) върху продуктивността, физиологичните параметри и биохимичните показатели на организма, както и използването му като адаптоген, за намаляване на стреса и за подобряване качеството на продукцията при свине и птици. Направен е изводът, че ДХК успешно повлиява въглехидратната и мастна обмяна в посока подобряване на физиологичните параметри. ДХК притежава свойството да намалява съдържанието на холестерол в кръвта чрез понижаване на нивата на гени, отговорни за синтеза му. ДХК предотвратява развитието на липидна пероксидация и увеличава антиоксидантната защита на организма. Дихидрокверцетинът притежава доказани сърдечно-съдови защитни и антиатеросклеротични ефекти и може да се използва ефективно за лечение и профикалтика. ДХК има хепатопротекторно действие, изразено в подобряване на чернодробния липиден метаболизъм, повишаване активността на антиоксидантните ензими, като същевременно намалява чернодробните лезии и некротичните процеси. Действието на ДХК се проявява много добре като адаптоген с цел намаляване на стреса при високопродуктивните животни и за подобряване качеството на продукцията от свине и птици. Допълването на основната дажба с фитонутриенти като ДХК води до намалено натрупване на първични и вторични продукти от липидното окисляване на месото по време на съхранение и е обещаваща стратегия за повишаване на окислителната стабилност на постното свинско месо и мазнина. Изброените положителни ефекти на дихидрокверцетина показват, че той притежава потенциал за успешно приложение в свиневъдството и бъдещи научни изследвания. Предоставя се възможност ДХК да залегне като фуражна добавка при моногастричните животни за противодействие на предизвиканата от микотоксини чревна токсичност.
