USE OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS IN ANIMAL FLEEDING

Резюме: Spirulina platensis is microalgae and potential food for many agriculture animals. His influence on the development of animals comes from its nutritional composition rich proteins, minerals, micro-and macronutrients. The purpose of this article is to review the findings to date on the use of spirulina as a supplement feed and its effect on animal health, performance and reproduction. Research results with algae showed its positive effect on productive and reproductive performance of animals, including health status. However, the present knowledge of the animal’s response to nutrient Spirulina platensis is relatively scarce.
