Молекулярно-генетични подходи в птицевъдството

Резюме: Птицевъдството е животновъден отрасъл обезпечаващ нуждата от яйца и месо с подчертани деликатесни качества. За да може да отговори на изискванията на потребителите е необходимо поддържането на високопродуктивни културни породи. С настоящия литературен обзор си поставихме за цел да проследим проучванията насочени към оценката на кандидат гени свързани с продуктивността при птици. Молекулярно-генетичните подходи, като Секвениране, Асоциативни проучвания на целия геном при големи групи, Микросателитни маркери, Real time PCR, PCR-RFLP дават възможност за разкриване на генетичните механизми, регулиращи процеси в организмите, отразяващи се върху желани продуктивни качества на селскостопанските птици. Месната и яйчната продуктивност са пряко зависими от редица генетични и негенетични фактори. Генетичните фактори включват широк набор от гени, контролиращи експресията на протеини, включени в различни биохимични процеси.
