ORGANIC BEEKEEPING IN BULGARIA ESSENCE, PRESENT STATE AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract: The report includes retrospective assessment of the bee products contaminants and the ways of their contamination. It accentuates on the basic requirements for production of organic bee products and comprises a brief analysis of the changes in traditional beekeeping technologies. Also, the report presents data concerning the number of bee colonies under biological control, as well as certifying organizations, market state and bee products marketing. It presents actual normative documents as a basis for future development and promotion of organic beekeeping.
