COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF MODULAR TECHNOLOGY FOR GOAT MACHINE MILKING
Hr. Sabkov, P. Zunev, T. Todorov
Abstract: A comparative assessment of modular technology for goat machine milking in arranged fixation was conducted. For the basis technology in the study was chosen widely applied technology in practice for goat machine milking in arbitrary fixation.
It has been found that in modular technology, the time for carrying out the preparatory and final technological operations in milking decreases. As a result, the exact time for milking was increased by 10.6 %, at a high level of production, and 14.29% at a low level of production.
This helps to increase the labour productivity per an hour of operating time W02, respectively with:
– 16,80 % - at a high level of production;
– 21,64 % - at a low level of production.
On the basis of qualitative indicators: “Working conditions”, “Dosage eating”, “Animal Welfare”, and “Control and zooveterinary animal care” was conducted complete expert assessment under method of rank correlation. Results show “higher quality” of technology process in modular technology.
