Influence of probiotic Zoovit on basic physicochemical parameters of milk in Holstein-Friesian cows

Резюме: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of the probiotic Zoovit, on the main components of milk – fat, protein, SNF and acidity, taken by cows with food rations. The experiment was conducted with 60 lactating cows, equal in number of lactations. Two groups were formed: experimental – received in the ration supplement probiotic „Zoovit” and control – without probiotic. Milk samples are taken twice a month during the summer and winter periods. The obtained results show that the intake of probiotic „Zoovit” by lactating cows has a beneficial effect on the amount of protein content, SNF and dry matter in milk. It is established a relationship between the season and the time of intake of the probiotic on the amount of protein in milk: in the summer season – 46 days after intake, in winter – 18 days after intake. Probiotic „Zoovit” improves the yield of milk fat.
