SEROLOGICAL TESTING ON CHICKEN ANAEMIA VIRUS (CAV) AND CONCOMINANT INFECTIONS AMONG BIRDS WITH A DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGICAL DIRECTION

Резюме: Serological testing was carried out of birds from various production types growing layer hens, broilers and backyard birds for the presence of antibodies against the Chicken anaemia virus, Avian reovirus and Avian Metapneumovirus. A higher percentage of seroreagents have been established with respect to the Chicken anaemia virus and the Avian reovirus while the Avian Metapneumovirus has been less widespread. The results are indicative of the intense circulation of those viruses in poultry flocks.
