PROTOFORM OF CONTEMPORARY EXTENSION SERVICE IN THE TRENDS OF LIVESTOCK AND VETERINARY MEDICINE ІІ. NATIONAL CENTER OF INTRODUCTION IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract: The present study analyzed the effectiveness of using the achievements of animal science in Bulgaria by the created National Center for Introduction in agriculture as well as informative and historical display his role as protoform of modern extension service for the period of its existence. The center is in the nature of the research unit, a specific form of organization to fundamentally change the work on learning, transfer and deployment of domestic and foreign achievements and experience. For the needs of livestock production in the country are designed scientific production associations of cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry and veterinary medicine for application of deployment in farming practices. With the aid given to livestock are actually achieved concrete results with regard to selection-enhanced activity in the creation and introduction of new imported breeds in the country, the introduction of intensive technologies of rearing and animal nutrition, and improving the level of preventive activity in veterinary services.
